Greetings, I would like to know if there's a way to prevent invitees from changing information on meeting requests they have received, specifically the proposed time? (in other words, I would like to find out how to create "read-only" meetings). If this is not possible, is there a log that I can check to find out what invitees have made modifications to a given meeting? The reason I am asking those questions is that we have been experiencing an annoying problem with Outlook 2003/Exchange Server 5.5 for some time:Every now and then the time proposed for a meeting by the sender is changed and all invitees swear that they didn't do it. Only pattern I have been able to identify is that the time always changes back 16.5 hours. Other than that, it's very random - happens to meetings created by different users, to recurring and one-time meetings, to meetings with different invitees, etc. I have verified Outlook and time zone settings on all Workstations and everything's fine. All Blackberries are also on the proper timezone. Last but not least, there's no DST here. Any help will be MUCH appreciated. Thank you very much in advance! R.
