offer something.
If you just want numbers and can "think" about what phase it is, use a
Hebrew lunar as an alternate calendar. It numbers the days from 1 - 28. 14
is full moon. It will display the month and day in Hebrew too.
you may also want to consider a windows utility - there are several tray... |

Which I did. To use your own form - you just right-click your Calendar title
bar and select properties. Here you can specify your own form in "When
Posting to this folder"....

| This is a strange one.
If I schedule a meeting in Outlook 2003 (Exchange 2003 too) and add a
number of attendees, their busy/free time shows up as "no information"
- if I close that request and submit another, the data shows up (most
of the time) correctly.
Anyone have any hints as to where to look ?

| You could send an email to those people and use Insert Item to put the
original meeting request into it (in case they lost it).

| I'm still stuck getting this message and the reminders window is still not
functioning properly. I tried the /cleanreminders switch as well as /reset
folders /cleanreminders.
Thoughts on the cause:
-Synchronized with a Nokia Phone?
-Recent remval of Norton
-Some reminders may be too overdue (say 2-3 years)
Any help with this is very much appreciated.... |

| I have a user who tried to schedule a monthly meeting (reserve a conference
room) for an entire year and outlook declined the request for the 9th through
12th month of the recurrance. Can we not schedule a recurring meeting out
further than 8 months ? I haven't been able to find any settings where this
is specified or can be changed. Can anyone provide any insight on this ?

| I'm facing the same problem. Except when I run outlook from the command
line with the switch, I still get the same error, and still no reminders.
I think that it may be due to one of the following:
1) Some of my reminders are just too old (over 52 weeks old)
2) I Synchronized with a Nokia Phone, and may have some conflicting reminders
3) I turned off Norton Protecytion Centre... |

| I would like to be able to create a private meeting by inviting the meeting
room resource calendar and only have those who've been invited be able to
accept the invitation and also see the entry detail in the calendar. All
others will simply see the calendar entry as booked but no detail. How is

folders of the same name, it adds (x) to the end of it - the name and number

The only way is to export the recurring appointment (which will make it a
set of individual appointments in stead of one recurring appointment), then
import the set.

| Yeah! I did find a way to automatically color appointments with the Customize
current view feature.
For other readers here is what I did.....I modified my excel import file to
include the column "categories" a standard import field in Outlook. Next I
imported the records into a Day/week/month - this circumvented the no Label
field.
Finally I used the "customize current view"... |
