| Thank you and Milly for your replies. Because ot the ball-up with daylight
savings time this year, I turned the automatic time change off, and set the
time manually. I don't remember setting the time on the Palm, but I think it
picked the time up during a sync (just guessing). How can i determine if
this was indeed the problem, and how can i prevent it next year?

| Outlook doesn't support such cycles natively. You could do it in Excel and
import it - use the weekday formula. See

Because you are doing every weekday, the use 1 for the number of days in the
formula.
