Thank you and Milly for your replies. Because ot the ball-up with daylight savings time this year, I turned the automatic time change off, and set the time manually. I don't remember setting the time on the Palm, but I think it picked the time up during a sync (just guessing). How can i determine if this was indeed the problem, and how can i prevent it next year? We need to cancel recurring meetings with several attendees, however, the meeting organizer deleted the meetings from her calendar prior to canceling the appointments. Is there a way this can still be done, or, does everyone have to delete these appointments from their own calendars?...

You tried the utility and it did not work? Ummm... the first link is to the microsoft fix for outlook 2003, the second is for outlook 2002. The fix for older versions involved me changing the encoding and file extension of the microsoft fixes so older versions of outlook could use it... you'll need to push a fix out... if everyone is on 2003, I'd consider sending the HOL file and tell them to click on it - it opens the Add...

If you set every user's Default permission on their Calendar to Reviewer, the entire organisation will have access to each other's Calendar data (unless marked private). I'm using Outlook 2007. When I put an all day event in and have a reminder for say 1 week and it syncs with my mobile phone, I get the reminder on the phone at midnight. No. Exchange doesn't offer sync with websites.
