| Display your calendar in a table view such as appointments. Sort that view
by the date view. Click on the first appointment for that date and then
scroll to the last. Press delete (sends to deleted items) or shift+delete
(permanently delete).

| Sadly, Outlook does not handle shift work easily nor is there an in-built
method for doing so.
There are 2 options:
First, you can set up one shift and then use the right click, drag and drop
to copy them to the dates in the Date Navigator that reflects the days that
you will be working. A bit cumbersome but it works.

| It's fairly straightforward - bring up calendar view. on the right - click on
'Share my calendar" It brings up calendar properties, Under the Permissions
tab, make sure the 'read' and 'folder visible' boxes are checked.

| no, it doesn't appear that is can be saved or published with it changed...
you can tab into the field and press 7 to bring it up - that is usually
easier than using the mouse.

| I have ran the Detect and Repair and tried resetting the view. What is
unique is that I cannot even show an entire month via OWA. Weekly and
bi-weekly is fine - the same thing with printing from the Outlook Client -
can print Weekly and bi-weeky but not monthly...however I can see the monthly
calender using the client.

| Are you using a .PST file? If so, try running the Inbox Repair Tool against
it to see if it finds any errors. Search your drive for a file called
scanpst.exe and run it. Allow the program to make a backup of your file
before it makes any changes.

weeks ago. Weird. From the server, everything is there. From my cached or
even on-line viewing from a workstation, no appointments after 9/29/08 are
there. (Those appointments were all on the calendar prior to two weeks
ago...but so were some of the new ones that don't show up.)

Calendars for multiple events, rooms etc in 2003. Do you have Exchange and

Outlook byusing the Mail view of the Navigation Pain. Yes - "Pain" is my

Make sure Outlook is not listed in Task Manager, Processes tab. If it is
running, figure out why it's running. See

Is anyone aware of any limitations to adding signatures in appointments?
What I have found so far, which seems fairly logical:
-Must invite attendee before a sig can be added
-Sig not available for updated appts
-On behalf of applies same rules
Are there other limitations? We have people complaining that "sometimes you
can, sometimes you cannot" add a sig, but I'm almost certain... |
