| You travel without Outlook?
You can dig up the link to the Subscribed Calendar by hovering your mouse
over the Calendar in "People's Calendars" and reading it in the tooltip.
Alternatively the link is sent in the initial invitation (or a new one if
you get it resent) under "Preview Calendar".

| Tell her to click the View Group Schedule button. In the toolbar beside the
Today button.
She can set up a Group Schedule of all 30 Calendar and open it whenever she
wants. It's in version 2002, 2003 and 2007.

| Is the meeting perhaps on a day in the time period when DST was altered
to the "new" schedule? If so, I would check that all the "DST" fixes for
the PC's in question are installed. I believe there is one for Office in
addition to the one for Windows.

A user has delegate access to their manager's calendar. They can add,
delete, etc appointments. When they make a change to a meeting time and save
changes, all the attendees get the updated information, but outlook does not
update the changed meeting time in the manager's calendar. There seems to be

| Most of my "appointments" are actually phone calls. Outlook works great when
one clicks on a contact and then makes a phone record. But is there a way to
do this so that you can set the time for the future and have it appear in the
calendar. Then you can also use it record phone call information? Now I have
to set up an appointment, & add the contact information to the subject line.... |

Depends on how they got there. If you can't right-click the root and choose
Close, then you need to create a new mail profile, because it sounds like

| I am running Windows XP and am a MSN Premium customer through Verizon. I
have down loaded the outlook connecter and have been able to transfer/sync my
msn e-mail to outlook. However, I cannot seem to syn my outlook calendar.

| We're running Outlook 2003 with Exchange. We have a random issue occuring -
it's not tied to recurring or single appointments, it's not tied to certain
users or how the meeting is sent.
The date/time/location info is being duplicated in the body of the meeting
after it is sent. Here is an example (the *~ line is part of the text
included in the meeting):

to see the free/busy times of the people I need to invite, I am unable to see
any such information. Every person's row is marked "No information. No

Thank you for your reply.
Actually I used my own account to try and view my own calendar, but I wasn't
asked for any login. It just says that the page isn't available. (I also
tried with http instead of https, but got the same result). I should also
mention that I have domain administrator rights and that our Exchange server
is version 2003.

the calendar?
The most convenient for most users to use is the one in their mailbox - they
get reminders from it, it shows up on outlook today etc.

section, then try to either save or send an update, and get the

being intermittent. I get about a dozen Sync Issues a day. I though this was
related to a more serious problem of "Outlook Not Responding" hangs which
also occur several times a day. It takes multiple restart tries to get

| how are you sending it? What version of outlook do you and they use? The
fact that the appointment is in the message body as text tells me something
is wrong - if you are sending the item with reminders, remove the reminder
before sending.

not supported by Microsoft and is buggy. (But Milly's suggestion should fix
