group by category view). That will show the time you created it and the time
you last made changes to it.

| No, there is no way to mark an appointment complete or "close" it. When the
appointment ending time has passed its assumed to be completed.

| I thought I previously found a way to create an appointment on my
supervisor's calendar (a Drs. appt. for myself) and have it automatically
show up on my calendar without copying or moving. Has anyone done that?
Maybe I'm crazy. I'm using outlook 2003 (exchnge server). Thanks.

outlook 2007 includes. double click the HOL file and have it add the
holidays back.
also - do you have more than one pst in the profile and are you looking in
the correct pst?

| if you are editing appointments often you really need to make individual
appointments or user shorter recurrences, especially if you edit the events
to add notes. Recurrences work best when you don't have a lot of exceptions.

| Diane, thank you for replying. Yes, we are sharing the same as before - he is
publishing it online and allowing me to see it. I have tried several times to
subscribe to it, but it just keeps giving me the same error over an over. And
the bad part now is that using the same link he has sent me I cannot even see
his calendar online anymore.

I'm confident it found the correct users even when I typed them in as last
name, first name because our directory has a suffix on the individuals name

Our org. hasn't upgraded to '07 yet, but this particular EU has it at home,
so was inquiring. Out of curiosity, I'm checking to see how he does it.
And yes, by reading pane I was referring to email. It sounds like he has the
folder list, the reading pane (for inbox) and then calendar all up in one
view when you look at outlook.

queue but never get delivered. I have tried to Unfreeze them, but the come

| Some additional information on this problem. I used the Account Status to
change my Published Calendar. I reregistered my email address and password.
The Outlook uploads worked for approximately 24 hours and then failed to
upload again. Repeating the Change option for my Published Calendar re
enabbled the outlook uploads. We'll see if this continues another 24 hours.
