| clicking on a day in the month view makes and all day appointment by default
(12AM - 12AM this day). Uncheck the box and it should revert to the start

To see:

| All day events have darker shading (higher DPI) so they will print on some
printers while the lighter (lower DPI) colors won't print. All colors will
print on some printers, no colors will print on some printers. (I own 2
color printers, one prints only B&W calendars, one does full color.)
