| Is it in the deleted items folder? If no cancellation was issued, there are
ways to get a copy back on the calendar but its likely that his status as
organizer is gone.

on this - I am able to have a user log into the calendar this way, and they
currently have "Publishing Editor" permissions, but they are unable to add
calendar items to the calendar using OWA, they are only able to view the
calendar. They don't receive the "new" option. Is there anything I need to

| What version of outlook?
If you are just making notes, you should be offered to save without sending
updates. If you are changing times or locations, you will need to send
updates (how else will the others know it was moved?)
If you are only changing notes and are not allowed to save without updates,
what addins are installed? The old live Maps addin is known to have caused
issues... |

| You can use views in the Day/Week/Month view to hide/show appointments
meeting specific conditions but I do not recommend using recurring
appointments if you are going to edit the notes in each occurrence. That
makes every occurrence an exception and it makes the appointment more
susceptible to corruption.

1. Put all the items from your form in one folder.

| SAM = Security Access Manager and is not an Outlook related issue. Invalid
SAM ID indicates a connection failure with your servers - something changed
in your environment which made the SAM ID for the machine you are using
invalid between the server and workstation.

| What are you trying to export to Excel - the moved meeting or the original?
The moved meeting is no longer a part of the recurrence (if I recall
correctly, you are warned when you move the meeting that the link will be
broken). It is expected behavior.

| Exchange *server* will suit your purposes along with the Outlook *client*
program on each person's computer.
Court calendars can be public folders on Exchange or they can be their own
mailboxes, depending on what you intend to use the calendar for, just
tracking court dates or booking them as a resource.
I would suggest waiting for Outlook 2010 for merging and printing a master... |

| I have one user running Outlook 2007 sending a meeting request to several
recipients running Outlook 2007 and 2003 versions. One particular user
running Outlook 2003 receives the meeting requests in text format so he
cannot "Accept" the meetings. The same user can receive meeting requests
from other people running Outlook 2007 and it doesn't show up as text.

can only be viewed from their laptop. The alternative is to give each their

| What happens when you hit delete? Did you try moving it to the deleted
folder? Note that if you do delete it without sending notification, you'll

The other utilities are very different from the CPA. While many sites list a
few of the utilities that pay the site a cut when someone buys the utility,

| Is there a way to print event times when printing a monthly calendar from
Outlook 2010 in the portrait layout? They print out in landscape OK, but
disappear when I switch to portrait mode.
