public folder favorites - right click on it and choose add to pf favorites,

| We are a municipal organization running Outlook 2003 with Exchange. The organization uses Outlook's calendar for resource bookings - cars, meeting rooms, projectors, laptops, etc.

| I saw a mail merge sample somewhere on the internet but can't find it now
but it's not that hard to make your own - open an ical in word and insert
the field codes in the appropriate place. This has the basics:

| Meetings don't use receipts. You can send a message to the attendees before
deleting it, telling them it will be deleted. (Send to all attendees is one
of the commands available on the toolbar or ribbon.)

| I'm having the same issue, although I am opening up a PST file and then
dragging the appointments from my work calendar over onto my home calendar.
I've noticed though that it does not do this for every appointment. I
haven't figured out a pattern yet as to which appointments it adds the Copy:
prefix.
I do hope they fix this to allow you to turn it off.

| Version of Outlook? In outlook 2003 you can r-click on it and remove it
from the view but in Outlook 2007, you would need to either close the
archive folder or move it to a new group on the navigation pane and close
the group to hide it.

| If you use portrait layout you might see more as the cells will be larger or
you can try smaller fonts, but generally speaking, outlook's print
capability is limited.
The printing tools listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp do a better job - the
word template may meet your needs, if not the others also work well.

| This may need a bit of updating, however it will show you the
general gist:
Outlook rebuild: Files a Rebuild will not fix:
An update to Outlook may fix it. And/Or a rebuild of your Outlook
profile. However, you would need to find ALL files that effect the
view on your system and replace them.
A simple reinstall will not clean these files up. Close Outlook

| The owner of the calendar defines the type access they allow. Your boss will
need to grant you either "edit" or "author" priveleges for that share.

| They are opening the resource calendar as a shared calendar through their own
profiles.
They have all either got admin permissions set on AD, or owner/editor
permissions set on the mailbox. Same problem either way.

| 1. Then need to add the calendar to public folder favorites and if using
outlook 2003/2007, it should be automatically added to the calendar module.
2. right click on the calendar folder and choose properties - look on the
admin tab for folder assistant. forward copies to your email address or
configure moderation.

| The user in question has not checked the option to "show calendar details in
grid" and you do not see their details. It also happens when you are
viewing a calendar where the person has set the reviewing option to None.

| What addins do you have installed? You may be able to fix it by disabling
one of the addins, otherwise it is fixed in sp2. I know live maps affected
it - possibly others that work with appointments will also.
