| He will need to keep the default calendar if that is one of the two
calendars involved. As to the rest, simply set the source calendar to a
table view like "All Appointments" and then CTRL A to select them all
and then drag androp them on the target calendar.

| if you want thumbnails, drag the bar with the calendar thumbnail inward.
How many you'll see depends on screen size, version, and settings in the
to-do bar or task pad or the number of calendar folders in the nav pane. I
can get several years worth on screen. :) You'll need to pull it over or
down by an amount at least the size of the calendar thumbnail.

| You mean where it says 'aug 30 - sept 5' vertically? Not that I recall.
Print colors vary with the printer. Updating drivers may or may not help.
Installing SP2 might help more, it really depends on your printer. It seems
worse with HP and Lexmark (Dell).

| Greetings,
At my company, there is a reoccurring calendar meeting that happens once a
month. For some reason when one of the end users deletes the meeting from
his calendar, it cancels the meetings for everyone.
The uses did not create the meeting and is not a delegate of the user that
did.
Any thoughts?... |

| Also...If you're using Outlook 2007 (or later) you should make use of the
Time Zones feature for any appointments you're scheduling for him in a
different time zone. I.e. if you're scheduling a meeting for him at 9AM
PST, you should use the time zone setting to tell Outlook that it's PST.
Otherwise you'll have to do the mental math to schedule the appointment for
the right time in... |

perhaps could filter on Reminders in the Appointments view of the Calendar.

| Thank you so much, Brian. It had to do with the Live Search Maps Add-In for
Outlook 2007. In researching this, it seems that this add-in has caused
several problems in Outlook, and I have completely removed it.

longer view the free busy data. (Note Running full release version of Win
7not RC)
ALso running the autoconfiguration check fails.

I've tried this on another pc running Vista and exactly the same thing
happens!!
The VCS contains the data I expect BUT when imported to MS Outlook under
Vista, it has advanced the meeting by 1 hour.
As I said, I am in Ireland and both PCs are in Ireland.
Is this cracked?

It stopped working for me about a yr ago and I don't see it in the labs
anymore. That would be the closest you'd get to the to-do bar in gmail.

| The ones added by contacts will always go into the default calendar - you'll
need to move them to the other calendar. If you edit or sync contacts they

If you just change the Default Persmision so everyone can access the
Calendar, then everyone on your Exchange should be able to see it.
