Version of Outlook? Are you using Exchange server? File, open other users calendar is the usual method. In 2003 and 2007, you can view everyone's calendar at once. Another solution is group schedule- its on the actions menu when viewing the calendar. Each team member will need to make their own groups though. You can't set up outlook to run in "2003 mode". Are you using Exchange server? Window elements - previous and next buttons and month name section & dates - waste enough space to affect how much you can see. We are running outlook under an Administrator account. I don't think it is a permission issue. I think Oultook isn't simply capable of showing HTML reply messages of calender type. Outlook can show HTML mesages but they have a different contentType. When Outlook is displaying a message of content type "calendar/text" the body of the message is transformed to a Rich text format version....

That's not what I consider "ISP will not allow using the email address" - it's "isp only has web mail". Web mail can be as expensive for the isp. Christian, Please read my other post to Diane under the workaround subject thread you started. The service STILL doesn't work without you deleting the calendar each time a change is made and all the other associated stuff you have to go through in order to get it to Microsoft. You can try repairing - go into add/remove and choose repair - but its unlikely to fix it. I'd probably add a new pst to the profile and move the contents from the old pst to the new - then set the new as default and remove the old pst from the profile. The situations are different - he uses Exchange server, you do not. You can open the PST in both profiles or use one profile with both accounts and use filters to move the personal mail to the personal pst. How were you sharing calendars? I'm not aware of anything in win7 that would allow sharing that is not in older OS's (because there is nothing in win7). if you used office online, there is a bug in the authentication process. To workaround it, go to office.com and sign in with the same Live ID you use to publish your calendar and select "Save my e-mail address and password". Restart...
