| Hello,
One of users is the delegate for a number of managers. Sometimes (not all
of the time) when she deletes a cancelled meeting (using the 'Remove from
calendar' button), a new meeting is created in its place called:
Cancelled: <orignal meeting> The free/busy for this meeting is free.
She is using Outlook 2010 (32 bit). The exchange server is Exchange 2003.

09 Mar 2011 |
| The easiest and fastest way to do this is to:
1: Create a meeting (e.g. 8:00-8:30 Business Meeting)
2. Next to the time 8:00 and 8:30, you'll see "All Day Event." Select it.
This will make the event all day, but it removes the time stamp from the view and printed calendar. You can add multiple ones in the same day as all day events.
