recommend making the appointments longer, make separate appointments for
travel time instead, so you can remove them if a closer appointment comes
up.

| I need to insert a Word 2007 template into the "Notes" section of an
appointment in Outlook 2007. When I paste the template and try it, it works
beautifully. However, when I save the appointment and re-open it the
functionality of the template is lost; it is only text.
I did save the Word Template in "Trusted Documents".

| Are you using Exchange server? If so, yes. Add them top the permissions tab
of the calendar and set it to none. (right click on the calendar and choose
properties).

permissions though.

| It's only one day, midnight to midnight- it confuses a lot of people when
they view it in list view. If you add the duration field to the view, it
will say 1 day.

after exporting, the range is the size of the export. Or - rather than
using a named range, save from excel as CSV format and import it.

| There is software available but its not built into outlook. But you may not
need software, unless some appointments were synced that are not
duplicated - add the created and modified fields to the view and see if you
can sort by either field to group the duplicates together, then delete them.

attendees, the recipients (invitees) do not see an indication in the Subject

| The Group Schedule was designed to address this type of thing.
While you could save a meeting request template with all the room selected,
I'm not sure if you can save it with the rooms unchecked, so the user would
need to uncheck each one.

change is quite frustrating. I installed the outlook calender print asst.
and it does Not allow you to control word wrap. It provides very little
useful functionality. Any other suggestions are welcome.

| The (3) is 3 unread items just like you see in your Inbox.
In the Calendar, unread items are most likely Meeting Requests you need to
open. Do that. Alternatively, right click the Calendar and click Mark all
As Read.
