| Using Outlook 2007 on Windows 7 (64bit), I sometimes need to edit
meeting makers that are accepted, but not created by me. One reason is
that when someone creates an all day event, meeting maker in another
timezone, like PST, it will show up in my EST timezone calendar, as a

| Hi Group
this is a basic task I expect, but I am struggling to get through loads
of help and support papers.
We use Outlook 2003.
I have set up a calendar for room bookings for our service.
I want everyone to be able to read it, but only me and 2 other people to
be able to make entries to it. What is this called please and how do I
do it?
Thank you ,

Labels or color categories? The method is similar, you just need to
find the right button. This is the one for labels - [image:
