field. Even successive versions of Outlook vary in how they configure the
Email Display As... field.
That field is of no consequence whatsoever since both name and email address
are always visible the the Internet Header of any message.

| The other thing you might want to consider is using a mail merge to your
Category. That way you'll avoid any limits on recipient numbers your mail
server may have and can select only the email address as the recipient
address. You can merge to a category by starting the merge in Outlook,
selecting the category, and merging only to the selected Contacts.

read before you post. Importing should not belong in your vocabulary.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

mail only, when on previous installs I did Corporate/Workgroup. That
