| Great, thanks!
One other question, is there a way to send an already existing email to the
categories (instead of creating a new one).
I am trying to send a newsletter that I created in publisher. To send that
newsletter, publisher creates the email document. Besides copying and
pasting, is there another way to send the newsletter to the contacts in a

email address, select all and paste into the to line of the email publisher
creates.

| Actually found one more thing out... if i go to regedit,
hklm\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Telephony\Locations and delete
all the locations there (backed up the key first), Outlook doesn't crash.
BUT, you still can't use phone number formatting. kinda the same thing as
disabling Telephony...

| I recently upgraded my office computers and now have Outlook 2007. I cannot
get the "Activities" tab to work properly on either machine. When I pull up a
contact and click the activities tab, nothing comes up, even though I have
emailed the contact and made a journal entry for the contact several times.

mail to HTML. You'll need to use VBA to do it.

| Do you use the Windows Telephony service?
If not, Pause (one time stop) it in Admin tools, Services. You can Disable
it so won't start after reboot, if you don't use any telephony within
windows. When its stopped, numbers added will not be formatted. (It will not
apply to previously entered numbers.)
