Exchange based contacts.
ContactGenie Exporter may be of interest which provides the option of also
exporting the SMTP email addresses (i.e. xxx@someplace.com) for Exchange

We created a serious amount of distribution lists for our teachers so they
can contact parents in one shot.
Now, these teachers don't use the computers on the network, rather they use
OWA. I sent every teacher a distribution list and tried to drag it into the

| Hi bonugli,
you could check the folder "Deleted Items" and if you use Exchange Server
you can ask your administrator to restore the DL.
If you use a PST file and you deleted the DL in the delteded items folder,
then it is deleted.
Then you have to create the DL again.

The user defined fields are still shown in Outlook, but the values are gone.
Any suggestions on how to retrieve this data?
Other info:
The user has Outlook 2007.
What changed just before this happened? The user logged onto another PC with
Outlook 2003.

a.) create an additional Contact folder (File/New/Folder = Type: Contacts).
Move your privat contacts to this folder and limit the permission for all
for this folder.
b.) Mark all contcs with the "Private" flag. Open a contact and in the right
corner you see a flag for "Private"
If you mark a contact as private, it is only available for you.
Maybe it helps.

| For Exchange users, they can receive external and internal HTML message
without problem.
Since the Domino server is on the same network as Exchange, all emails are
passed through internal network. I created a remote domain and a receive
connector for the Domino server.

| Impossible to say when you provide no information. All I can tell you is
that you constructed your merge incorrectly. When you place the address
element fields correctly, the merge will work as expected. Do not use a
derived field.

| I created a custom form with User Fields 2-9 in my Outlook 2000. This is so

| That is not creating a new profile. That is just opening a second data file
in the profile that is corrupt. You need to create a new profile, then open
this file in the new profile and set it as your default.
