| If they are contacts folders, you can drag the contacts from one folder to
the other. It's easiest to do this from the folder list.

| For those that look here, even though not an outlook problem, here is what
has helped me and many others.
Go to ActiveSync tools, and uncheck Contacts. It will say it will delete
contacts on device, but go ahead, you may not have much to loose at this
point. Sync, and then check it back and sync again.

| There is. When Outlook is your data source, a merge to email usually works
better when you start it from Outlook instead of Word because there seem to
be fewer opportunities to pick up the wrong address field for the
recipients. Also filtering and sorting of recipients seem to be more
reliable when you do them yourself in Outlook instead of using Word's merge
routine.

| You're doing well to only get 1 blank document. I have seen a maximum of
4476 at one client site when they merge. They are all blank.
Make sure to have Word turned off before you start the merge. That seems to
reduce the frequency of this occurring but it's common to get document 14 or
8 or whatever. If that happens, close Word, start again and cross your

| I doubt you'll find an answer in an Outlook group as this is not an Outlook
function at all. All dialing is by the operating system's telephony
software, not Outlook. You need to look into dialing rules or third party
software to accomplish this.

do. At this point it is anyone's guess. If you copied the Contacts into your
default folder, then why are you still maintain the subfolders? What is it

| Assuming that you are not using Exchange as your mail server, your contacts
and all other Outlook data, plus the form definition, are stored in your .pst
file. See File | Data File Management for its location. If you copy that file
to the new machine, you'll have it all. Just make sure you use that .pst file

Contacts and Mail are not linked - you can't assign categories
automatically, based on the categories on the contact - you would need to
make a rule for each contact to set the category.
