That means you migrated your data file incorrectly and corrupted your
Outlook profile. You must create a new Outlook profile and migrate your data
correctly:
1. Open your data file in the new profile
2. Set it as the default for the profile
3. Restart Outlook.
4. Then enable your Contacts Folder as an email address book.
