Thanks for prompt repsonse Russ - I am certain that the folder with the
imported contacts is displayed - its open when I start the 'new distribution
list' option.
All of the new records appear under the advanced options but still the old
ones are the only records to choose from the select memebrs option not sure
what you mean when you say 'resolve' email adresses - sorry - this is very
frustrating!
