Russ
I opened a contact without an email address and keyed in a dummy email then
saved - this then appeared in 'select members' dialog box. I'm guilty of a
stupid error - of course only contacts that don't contain a null email record
appear for a distribution list, and i have a significant number of records
without an email! I was simply very aware of the reduced records and
imagined the details were wrong without thinking the process through!
I feel so foolish!
Thank you for your expertise and sorry I took up your valuable time
yours gratefully
