| After huge amount of search and trying out all possible answers that i found (frustrated all the way)- nothing worked. then a guess work - changing the mail format to rich text instead of html worked for me.
I hope this will help those who still haven't found the solution to embedded image compression in outlook.

| I know this is a reach but I sync my Outlook Contacts & Appointments
with my iPhone. I have done so without incident for years. Lately
when I sync neither of the two gets synced (in either direction).
Apple says everything is set properly on their end. Is there possibly
any setting in Outlook that may be causing the Appointment & Calendar
not to sync.?

| Well, whatever I did, I really messed up my Outlook.
Now, whenever I open Outlook, I get a message that says that my
reminders will no longer work.

Every day I get 100s of (Mail Delivery Subsystem)... messages about
failed deliveries like as below.
I have not sent messages to these addresses, there are dozens of
repeats, they come from:-
MAILER-DAEMON@maltanet.net,

| I prefer to post notes to mailing lists in plain text so replies can use the ">" convention by default. I get annoyed when people post notes or replies in rich text because it defaults to "reply at top".

Both had picture attachments. The second's attachments may be jpegs,
