| If its getting sent but not getting moves to the sent folder, something is
preventing outlook from connecting to the sent folder or a utility is
confusing outlook, making it think its not sent. Typically, the first
happens when there is a bad network connection to exchange server, the
second is caused by antivirus filters scanning outbound mail.

names and passwords to get mail? Outlook works on mailbox accounts, not
individual addresses.
2. Unless you set outlook (or any mail client) to leave mail on the server,
its going to delete it. You can't put it back (other than by resending all

| In order to repair Outlook, or Office, you would need the Office cd, which
would have been supplied by Dell.
Since Office 2000 is out of support you cannot obtain replacement disks from
either Dell or MS.
Your only real alternative is borrow or buy a set of Office disks, of the
same version currently installed.
