Whenever I attempt to send and receive in Outlook, the following error message appears (0x800745A). When I checked the Microsoft data base, an article in Microsoft Support with URL http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836982 gives some information about the problem. The problem centers around the regrestering of two dll files in the C://Windows/System32 folder. These are files msxml3a.dll and msxml3r.dll They both most be registered in order for Outlook to work. When I try the REGSVR32 msxml3a.dll ormsxml3r.dll, it states the following "msxml3r.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServe entry point was not found. This file can not be registered." How can I get the files registered and Outlook to work? By the way, I tried the Outlook Help - detect and repair. It did not work. A second solution in article 836982 was very confusing. I need someones on hands knowledge on the solution to error (0x800745A). Please help me on solving this frustation problem.
