"Outlook should always reply to a message using hte account that received the
message."
It should, but it doesn't. My primary email address is my ITP provider
(dspetsmann@roadrunner.com) and I use it for personal matters, but my
preferred email address is associated with my business' website
(dominika@levatout.com). I've changed my default setting to use the latter.
When if start a new message, Outlook automatically goes to default and uses
the latter. YAY!
But when I reply to a message - regardless of which email address that
message was originally sent to - Outlook chooses the former, my roadrunner
address. BOO!
This is a royal pain as I have to try to remember each time whether I'm
replying to one of my customers or sending a new message. No matter how hard
I try to catch them, my customer emails often end up with my personal return
address.
