1. do you have catchall addresses or do they use totally different user
names and passwords to get mail? Outlook works on mailbox accounts, not
individual addresses.
2. Unless you set outlook (or any mail client) to leave mail on the server,
its going to delete it. You can't put it back (other than by resending all
the mail to yourself) unless you have imap access to your acct.
