Create a new PST on the source machine (File>New>Outlook Data File).
Right-click and drag your Contacts folder to the new PST. When the copy is
complete, right-click the new PST's root and choose Close. Close Outlook.
Copy the PST by whatever means you have available to youto the destination
PST and stor it on the hard drive there in, say., My Documents. Start
Outlook and open that PST (File>Open>Outlook Data File). Click on the
Contacts folder it contains, select all the contacts with Ctrl-A and
right-click and drag the selection to your default Contacts folder. Choose
Copy when you release the mouse button.
