Hi Brian,

Unfortunately i've deleted everything i can from the address in question,
and must keep the remaining emails for records purposes. I can't delete any
more data. I need to download the items to my computer from the server to
maintain these important messages, hence the problem with outlook continually
closing.

Do you have any ideas or have you ever come across a problem like this before?
The system is a POP3 based webmail that i'm connecting to.

Thanks,
Patrick
