I am having the same problem,

"Cannot display the folder. There is not enough free memory to run this
program. Quit one or more programs, and then try again."

Today, I am getting the message when trying to expand Sent Items. Overall
configuration is similar (2007 SP1, XP SP3, relatively high powered unit with
lots of memory.) Outlook has run without problem for some time until this
started occurring within the last few weeks. Once it starts, restarting
Outlook is the only cure. I've generally had the problem opening Favorites.

Any help would be appreciated.
