For several days when I start Outlook 2007, I receive a message
"please wait while setup prepares the necessary files" and then it
shows another message "Configuring Progress" on the top and
"Configuring Microsoft Office Professional 2007" on the bottom. I
cancel this and then can open Outlook....

What is going on and who can tell me how to correct this? I have added
no new programs nor touched anything...Windows 7 - IE 9.
