Brian, even when I do not put an email address in the Display As field,
Outlook will install the email regardless. I found that if I enclose the
email address in parentheses the email does not appear. For example leaving
the Display As void of an email will result in: Desired Name <jdoe@xxx.com>
appearing but if I insert this Desired Name (my email) Outlook does not
include an address. I have only tested this within Outlook and Windows Live
Mail however. Thanks for all your help.
