When someone sends me an e-mail with pictures that have been "attached", I
can click on "file" then "save attachments" to save all the pictures to my
hard drive at once. However, how do I save all the pictures that have been
"Inserted" into the e-mail. They do not always show up in the "save
attchments" list. Some times I get e-mail where the pictures are viewable in
the e-mail AND they show up in the "save attachments" list. What gives? :)
