| Sending email I get messages stuck in the outbox. Sending a series of 6
different emails I found (again) one stuck in the outbox. SOmetimes I can
recreate the message and resend it again and it goes, other times (such as
now) It won't go even if I can create it. I used to support exchange and

with no problems. I did a reinstall a few weeks ago or at least my computer

They should not be removed from your Contact folder. But as a precaution you
might consider backing up your *.PST file containing the contacts.
1. Create a folder on your PC, that you can easily relocate, such as in
"MyDocuments".
2. Name it so that you can easily identify its contents.
3. While still in "MyDocuments", on the toolbar> Select Tools> Folder

| It was "eDataSecurity Outlook Add-in" from the manufacturer, Acer. I don't
know how it got installed because I installed Office after I bought the
machine. Anyway, I can definitely live without it.

Outlook 2003; win XP Home Edition
I've noticed that when I'm composing an email, if I click "Options"
there is a "Contact" area, where I can choose a contact from my
address book. The same area is available in the Calendar (at the
bottom of a new entry).
What's the point of this? I've created a message with this option and

| That is because you can't double click on a time in the Month view ;-)
You can also select a day in the Month view and press CTRL+N. It will then
create an appointment at the start time you've set your Calendar Options to.

On the Appointment tab, select the options you want.

Not sure if this is EXACTLY what you want, but try, from the View
menu, clicking on Taskpad. Once you have the Taskpad displayed, try
from the View menu, clicking on Taskpad View to customise what you see
in the Taskpad.

| That's probably because other posts may have been trying to address how to
convert from one type of PST file to another. Since Outlook 2003 and 2007
use the same PST file type, you have no need to do that and can just keep
using the same file.

| If you are using Office 2003, all you have to do is open the email, hit
control/print and there check the box that says print pages blank to
blank.....fill in the number pages you want to print. If you only want to
print page 1 of 3 then you would put a 1 in both places....Print page 1 of 1.
I haven't figured out how to do this in Office 2007..should be this easy and
NOT have top... |

once the machine is turned off. It will retain as long as the machine is not
