We have come across the same thing. We tried a search in various folders in Outlook and, when it didn't work the first time we tried it again and again until the correct results came up. Hello, I hope somone (Diane?) can help with this one. Several users compalin about having MSO-2003 in the offline mode when they come to the workstation in the morning or even after 2-hour meeting. Please check that the view you are looking at is NOT filtered, eg Unread Messages. If you are viewing Unread messages, you will not see the Read ones and that seems to be your problem.
