| We have come across the same thing. We tried a search in various folders in
Outlook and, when it didn't work the first time we tried it again and again
until the correct results came up. Obviously this is not ideal because we
had to put the search in 6 times on one occasion!
We would also be interested to know if there is a proper fix for this.

Several users compalin about having MSO-2003 in the offline mode when they
come to the workstation in the morning or even after 2-hour meeting. As a
result of going off line the Cached mode is turned on. This is a feature that
our Exchange administrators do not suggest.

userdeefined field to the items, and copy the value of the property
PR_LAST_VERB_EXECUTED to it. That userdef. field could be used for
formatting rules, if it contains a value of 102, the last action on this
items was a reply.

| Please check that the view you are looking at is NOT filtered, eg Unread
Messages. If you are viewing Unread messages, you will not see the Read
ones and that seems to be your problem.
Turn on the Advanced Toolbar (View | Toolbars) and look at the Current View
window to see what view you are showing.

| After getting my e-mail through Outlook Express and finding that there was
some inexplicable problem with my ISP password all seems to be working fine.
Seems I had to reset the password I have been using for, well, a long time.
Was I using the wrong one all this time? Doesn't seem likely. Maybe they

| If you do not need an Archive, follow my instructions and move everything to
her primary Mailbox Folder (the destination file). The source files are the
other 2 files she has (Archive and the other pst file).
Use the Folder List view so you can see what you are dragging and releasing
into the primary Mailbox (the one where her Inbox that emails are deleivered
to is)

| Verify you have tried every solution I posted. Disabling email scanning is
usually not sufficient with McAfee. You must uninstall it and reinstall with
