to rearrange my toolbars every time I open the program. I'm not using any

Are these .MSG files? If so, you must disable Unicode before saving them.
In OL 2003, cliock Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options and uncheck the box
labaled "Use Unicode Message Format when saving messages".

| Hard to say without telling us exactly what you did and what you think is a
reset on your email account. Also, you didn't provide any configuration
information to work with.
By the info provided you need to make changes to your SMTP configuration.
Either enable it to use authentication or use the SMTP server of your local
ISP.

A home office situation....
Both computers running Windows XP and office 2003, outlook 2003
Computer 1 (Laptop) sends task to Computer 2 (Mini Tower)
Computer 2 unable to accept/decline the tasks.
Computer 2 sends task to computer 1
Computer 1 able to accept/decline tasks.
The latest patches have been applied to both computers.

| After upgrading to Office 2007, we have several client machines whose
Outlook is not getting email. The affected machines are in cached mode and in
order to get email, on some the Send/Receive must be clicked and others must
have Outlook closed and reopened before new mail will show. OWA shows all new

| Let me clarify - the 3 files that are copied from other emails are different,
when pasted into a new message, they appear to be different, preserving the
original file name, when you look at the sent item, it appears you sent out 3
different files but when you open the attachments you realize the contents of
each file is identical (even though the file names are different).

| There is no fix as there is no issue. The page numbers in the TOC refer to
printed pages and not to displayed pages. There is also no need to change
any settings to close the Reading Layout for a single item; there is a
button to close it.
Also note that it is not up to Outlook but to Word to determine how the file

| Hi there, I am having the same issue also. I cannot find any information on
it and my Active Directory admin has verified that it is not disabled in any
of our GPO's.
I have checked on a bunch of our machines and it is missing from over 75% of
them. Most users state the option was there a couple of months back but now
when they go back to archive again, it's not there.

| I have Outlook 2007 and have 2 email accounts. In my favorite folders I keep
my Unread Mail for both accounts. One is called Unread Mail this is on the
main email address and the other is unread mail in and I have a long email
address. I would like to shorten the name so I can see quickly if either

| I have a user with Outlook 2002 and 2 profiles. One is with a POP
server at Verizon. The other is with an Exchange server in the UK.
The Verizon POP server profile works fine. I can send an email with a
1 Mb Excel file attached and the message clears the screen as soon as
