| Nothing yet.
I went and updated another machine to 2007 and that new machine doesn't
exhibit the same problem.
Just another MS feature I suppose.

Hit send "Unexpected error has occurred" (nice and vague)
Try to send to 3 (any combination), same error message
Try to send to 2 it works (any combination)

You're way overestimating the abilities of my users! <GRIN> I tried
teaching a few people that, and only garnered a bevy of help desk calls, when
they started getting plain-text messages that "didn't work."
Then we had to show them how to convert to HTML first, and that
one-step-too-much just exasperated folks. -Sigh.- :)

| The virus scan is done by Spyware Terminator. When I looked at the settings,
it does not indicate if it scans outgoing mail.

| find search folders at the bottom of the folder list and make a new one -
right click on the search folder and choose new search folder. large mail
should be one of the predefined options.

| you'd have to configure contacts to keep the important people at the top
alphabetically - spaces, dots, numbers etc always come ahead of letters. Or
just explain over and over that its not a slight against them, but just how
life works in the alphabetical world.
Or... you could put them on the To line and everyone else on the CC - but
you can't control that in the DL. You'd need two... |

Well the problem has come back again on one of my test users.
So adobe only "fixed" it for a week.

clean each time. I think it is an issue with "reply to" for one address and
simple "to" for another. There doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason other than
that the user (my wife) doesn't use her address book; rather, she uses the

| In most of the Office apps, as well as in IE, there is way to magnfiy the
default text size, by pressing hte plus sign (or slider) in the bottom right
hand corner of the windows. In outlook this capablity is missing. I find
myself straiing to see the text more often than I would like to.... |

| Export from Mail and choose one folder at a time to import. If you don't
need all the old mail in Outlook, export only the newer stuff and export the
older stuff to a universal format - google for export tools.

| You would certainly never use export and import for this since your data is
already in Outlook format. Your question is answered here daily. Never hurts
to read before you post.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

| Yes. It changes back to default views.
You could have mucked around try gin to change the view that was out but
that switch made it easy.
There's a heap of other switches. Enter "command-line switches" in the
Outlook Help box and you'll get to a list of them.

| I am running Vista with Office 2007 on a new HP notebook. I use
Outlook as my email client.
I have a problem with large email attachments (1mb or more) where
Outlook recognises when the message has gone. It goes into a never
ending loop and sends the message over and over. I have to interrupt
it and kill the message to stop it.

| no, you can't tell outlook to stop trying. is the message still in your
outbox? if so, set outlook offline (file menu) wait 5 min then delete the
message and go back online.

| I wanted to remove an pPOP3 email account that is no longer active.
According to the help button, when I removed the account, the inbox &
messages would remain.
Before I removed the account, I had two inboxes for two different accounts.
One was titled the same name on my email account.
When I deleted the email account, it not only deleted the settings, it
deleted the entire inbox... |

| Trent, I agree with you, there should be a way to reply from one default
account. I have several receive-only accounts and encounter the same
situation.
One solution is to set the reply address and outgoing server to the account
that you want to send from so when you reply, you get the reply from the
correct address and server.
Change the Outgoing server address...
and change... |
