| Dear Sir,
We are facing issue in Outlook 2007 while setting up Theme & font. The theme
we set get's set but the Font selected for this particular theme doesn't get
set.
I have tried setting same thing in my Laptop but doesn't get set ( I am also
using outlook 2007).We are using latest Service Pack & all security updates
for outlook 2007.

| Hello, this is a little problem but quite annoying to me :) Is there a
way to disable the automatic time adjustments when creating a new
appointment? If I set start time to 9:00 PM from 8:30 PM the end time
gets pushed back by 30 mins or if I make an appointment start earlier
the end time gets pushed back to earlier time as well. Then I have to
change the end time again.

Problem
When Outlook 2007 starts up, it goes into security mode. I would like to get
it to start in normal mode.
The very top frame of Outlook show the following text; "Innboks - Microsoft
Office Outlook (sikkermodus)". I'm running a Norwegian language version so
the innboks is the same as Inbox and sikkermodus can be translated to
something like security mode.... |

| we are using the cached mode. i did what you recommend and it works. but the
issue many users have same problem. I can't change them manually each
everyone.
this indicate an isue in the OAB or a bug in outlook 2007.

| Right click the Tasks folder and select Mark all as Read. There's a bug in
2003 and 2007 that leaves Tasks marked unread when assigned to you.
What view of the Tasks folder are you in? Are you sure the Task is not
there?

| Forgive me, but I simply fail to understand the logic for this design.
If the first character is alphanumeric, then outlook will not consider it as an electronic address.But isn't the Fax number included to enable sending to faxes electronically?
The most logical way, in my opinion is to have a drop downlist to select the listing to be emails or fax numbers.

| One more thing:
When I did this and opened up Outlook, my viewing panes were rearranged and
my Favorite folders pane had deleted some of the folders. The "All Mail
Folders" pane was unaffected, so I just had to reset a few things the way I
had them before, but those were the only issues I faced.

| I have a Gateway less than a year old with Vista Pro and 2007 Outlook. EVERY
TIME I try to access outlook it takes FOREVER and it always goes into "not
responding" mode. I am so sick of outlook.
I have to spend 20 minutes shutting it down and rebooting and then waiting
forever, again, for it to load, just to see if its going to respond this

should be able to see if the mailbox is locked for said condition (meaning a

You can not open a PSt file from a CD. You must copy the PST file on the
harddis, click on the PSt file /right mouseclick" and disable the flag for
the write protection.
Now open Outlook and then you normaly can open the PST file.

not have a shortcut.
Its usually located in \Program Files\Outlook Express
Its exe is msimn.exe.
PS If you have a Vista pc, Windows Mail is the new OE, also installed by
