Undeliverable" error that states they do have access to send mail from the
specified group mailbox.

The fix that roady suggested worked, leaving outlook open.
I left outlook open until it fixed itself, it took 24 hours.
remember, when you close outlook, and then reopen it, it starts all over
again, so do not close outlook.

You can spend a lot of time creating an Outlook custom view. Is there a way
to save that and move it to another computer? I would think this would be
possible if the attributes of the custom view are saved in a single file.

| Not an Outlook issue. The fact that you email the document has nothing to do
with how the receiver opens them. The email is just the carrier and doesn't
touch attachment.

| Make sure the file is not set read only (left-click, scroll to properties).
If that is not the case, run the repair tool against it - scanpst.exe. You
may have to run the repair tool repeatedly, until it finds no errors. Make
sure you do this while Outlook is closed (and not running in the processes,
use your Task Manager to double-check).

| I'm not really sure you can - but I suppose you could try composing the
message as an HTML page and sending it like that. I tend to doubt it
would work and, frankly, I would hope that it doesn't. I'd be pretty
annoyed if somebody sent me an e-mail with an embedded flash.
Just build it into a web page and send them a link - that way they can
choose if they want to view it or not.... |

| You should have disconnected the pst-file from Outlook before you deleted
it.
File-> Data File Management...
For future reference; there is no need to import your pst-file after a
transfer. Simply connect to it and set it as your default delivery location.

Either way, I would recommend updating to at least Outlook/Office 2003.
Outlook 2000 is no longer supported and has not been designed to run on TS
2003. Office 2003 added much more resilient TS support.
