Yes it is at the very first start up screen after turning on the computer.
my wife and I share a home computer, my profile is the main one. when the
screen comes up and shows her account and mine. since I posted this message
the 200 plus message conunt has been reset to 40 new. even though there are
less than 20 total and no unread in my outlook in box.
