Using Outlook 2003, when I enter a new address card, sometime - the contact's
name shows up on the address card like this:

ABC Company (Smith, Ralph)

And sometines it shows up like this:
ABC Company
Smith, Ralph

My entry is:
Full Name: Ralph Smith
Company: ABC Company
Save As: ABC Company (Smith, Ralph) (it won't let me save the name
correctly)

I would like for them all to show up like this:
ABC Company
Ralph Smith

It's very sporadic and makes no sense to me. HELP - PLEASE!!
