Dear All I have Outlook 2003 SP2 on laptop (cached mode) and it keeps crashing at startup (application hang in event viewer). I do not want to uninstall and re-install Office 2003 as this user has tweaked their outlook so much that it will be a headache to put it back. If I try and install SP3 for Office 2003 it fails with msi errors, this is where the issue is. Has anyone seen this issue beofre? Thanks
