The following page explains the Command-Line switches for 2003: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP010031101033.aspx The ".../profile profilename" switch sounds like the one for you. /profile profilename - Loads the specified profile. If your profile name contains a space, enclose the profile name in quotation marks (").
