POP accounts and an Exchange account in the same mail profile will always
share one set of folders as the default folders. If you want your POP mail
to go to a second PST, you can sort them with rules.

Note that offline mail storage for an Exchange account is an OST file, not a
PST file, if you're accessing the Exchange server via an Exchange account.
