| But he isn't wrong. When you use the web interface you are logged onto the mail system at your ISP and are therefore not relaying, since the message is sent from inside their system. You need to contact your ISP and arrange for a larger limit on your send volume per day. Or send less email ;-)...

We have an Office 2007 installation which is giving us problems. In
outlook, the user is complaining that when they go compose a new
message, there is about a 20 second delay before they can start typing
a message.
Also, after send-receive button is pressed, there is a noticeable (20+

| I've just brought thousands of contacts in from Outlook 2003 into 2007
contacts. A PST file.
I have 15 different contacts sub folders. My CUSTOMERS sub folder has
900 entries.
I never used the FILE AS field, I just always sorted by COMPANY NAME,
and in Outlook 2003 I was able to choose the contact by COMPANY NAME
in the TO: box.
It seems that the only way I can do this in OL2007... |

I had the same situation to put my ribbon control on home tab. You can use following things to resolve issue.
Select Ribbon tab control
Change ControlIdType - > Office
OfficeId -> TabMail
For settings your addin in new mail you use following settings.
Change OfficeId -> TabNewMailMessage

| I used the link as indicated by Robert to help me on this and came up with the batch file.
Like many others and as stated on howto-outlook.com, I have come accross a variety of reg key values that indicate cached mode is on.
However I have always found that if it begins with 8 it is on, if it begins with 0 it is off. (in online mode)

| this happened last time I ran microsoft updates and somehow when I called microsoft they wanted to charge me $49.99 to solve the problem. For whatever reason I told them I did a recent update so they waived the fee. When they looked at my computer remotely it majically got fixed by itself. | The first thing you want to do is let Outlook 2007 create its own PST file
because of the new format it's in. Then add the old Outlook 2002 PST file to
the Windows 7 PC and add the PST to your Outlook profile. Then simply drag
and drop the emails from your old PST into the new one.

We have got round it by forwarding emails to his account using exchange
instead. The user didn't want this to be ALL the time, only in the other
users absence but I don't want to have to keep changing this all the time for
them as he is away often. So, he just has to have emails forwarded all the
time and just delete the ones he doesn't want or... |

your antivirus is updated regularly and that includes the engine and even

I have Office 2010 Professional, I created two different profiles, one
contains one POP3 mail account, other one contains two mail accounts one
Exchange 2007 and one POP3 account.
I choosed "Remember my credentials" on both profiles for all of my email

If you can open Outlook in safe mode, something is interfering with the

| Yes, you can create a message rule that deletes the message when it is in
the subject or body (or both).
Since it is coming from an internal address, it is not really Junk E-mail.
Simply contact that person and tell him/her that you do not appreciate
his/her mail or take it up with your/his/her manager. After all; he/she is
negatively affecting your efficiency.
