I recently upgraded from Office 2007 to Office 2010.

When I had Outlook 2007, if I read an email, it would not be sent to my
iPhone when I checked for email messages on my iPhone. Now, with Outlook
2010, even though I read an email on Outlook, when I check for messages on
my iPhone it reads the email.

Is there a preference in Outlook I can change to alleviate this?
