We recently converted from Notes to Exchange and Outlook. When the mail was
converted, Exchange updated the internal field, "last modified date" to the
date of the conversion. It seems that the archive process uses this field to
archive. Thus, when the users try to archive, nothing gets archived...or
they have to archive everything that was converted to Notes.
