Hi,
One of our client had hosted their mail server with a third party, The
clients outlook was configured with POP3. All clients are using Ms-Outlook
express 2003, Now my client want to block the mails which are having more
than a 3mb send by the users.

As of now the mail server is not with the client is it possible to do it in
the Outlook express.

Kindly advice in this regards.
