Try this first; search, to include hidden, for outcmd.dat delete or rename
to outcmd.old.
Then restart OL, if it opens correctly then all should be OK if it doesnt,
see below

Open it in safe Mode, then under Tools, Trust Centre, Add-ins the resulting
window will show the Outlook addins - one or more of these is preventing OL
from opening in normal mode
Click F1 if you want help on this screen
Do you have any anti virus application that is intergrated with Outlook, if
so the first thing would be to uninstall the AV app, then reboot & test OL
again

BTW your other post states nothing happend after the repair, did it actually
run, the repair that is?
