Subject: Outlook puts SMTP= in front of email replies, resolution.?

The issue is with reply email and Outlook does not recognise the adress
created. I cannot delete the MTP as it keeps adding it.
What settings do I have wrong as the email set up shows SMTP1.MyISP as the
outgoing server which is right.
