Note: Using Outlook 2000

Is it possible to program a function key with a particular block of text so
that while in Outlook you can simply hit an F# key and the body of the email
will populate with the pre-programmed text?

Looks like there are a few 3rd party apps that may do it but I'm hoping
there's a way within Outlook itself...
